Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer

The position:

We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer with technical understanding to sell UV water disinfection systems globally/to assigned markets. By joining ULTRAAQUA sales team, you will be working in the heart of the global business. This will not only give you skills and business insight but also serves as an invaluable foundation toward developing your career within our organization. Role and key responsibilities:

  • Generate sales by providing sales & technical advice to both existing and potential customers (wholesalers/contractors/installers).
  • Generate sales through hands-on demonstrations, participation at trade shows and wholesaler events.
  • develop and maintain the relations with existing wholesalers & installers/contractors in the targeted segments through regular face to face visits and emails.
  • You will be responsible for the development of the distribution network for various countries, by strengthening existing ones or by developing new ones. Your ultimate goal is to grow your business and maximize ULTRAAQUA UV market shares
  • Convince customers to choose ULTRAAQUA UV solution versus any competitors

Your requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good English skills as a first or second language
  • Speaking another most spoken language will be considered as an important plus;
  • The availability to travel is strictly required
  • Professional knowledge of the main Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
  • Good organizational skills, problem-solving, willingness to work in a multicultural team.
  • Not afraid of decision-making and taking responsibility
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, or a strong will to sell. Preferably you would have experience in the water treatment industry.
